Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker I to deliver an exceptional customer experience at the cash line and on the phone, handling transactions and helping customers improve their financial wellness.

Ideal candidates have teller, limited banking, or retail sales experience and are looking for growth opportunities. The schedule is 20 hours per week, with Monday–Friday 11:00am–3:00pm and rotating Saturdays, plus eligible incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Strong cash-handling and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and online.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent excellent customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and card requests.
• Develop relationships and stay informed about the customer's banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist teammates and refer complex needs to specialists when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and applicable regulations.
