You will process transactions, identify opportunities to meet banking needs, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Preferred candidates have teller or retail experience, are comfortable with digital banking tools, and can work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in banking or cash-handling preferred.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions and teller duties to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Answer inquiries and fulfill servicing requests such as cards, PIN resets, and check replacements.
• Educate customers on mobile, online, and ATM solutions to simplify banking.
• Develop relationships and stay informed about each customer's banking needs.
• Refer complex issues to internal specialists when needed.
