Regions Bank in Hollywood, Florida seeks a Relationship Banker I to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the cash line and via phone. You will process transactions, educate customers on digital banking, and build lasting relationships while supporting branch goals.

The role targets candidates with prior teller or retail experience and a strong focus on service, accuracy, and integrity. This is a full-time position with incentive opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Proficient with computer use and monitor attention.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and provide a consistent customer experience on the cash line.
• Answer inquiries and fulfill basic servicing requests (cards, PIN resets, checks).
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Support teammates to resolve customer issues and refer to specialists as needed.
• Identify opportunities to meet branch goals and promote Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers about technology and services.
