Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker I in Trinity, Florida to deliver an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and by phone, while processing transactions and building relationships. The role offers growth opportunities for candidates with teller or retail sales experience who are eager to develop financial wellness for customers.

You will educate customers on digital banking solutions and help meet their financial needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
• Minimum one year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling customers’ transactional needs (deposits, withdrawals, payments).
• Answers inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests (cards, info changes, PIN resets, checks).
• Develops relationships with customers and stays informed about their banking relationships.
• Educates customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assists branch and team members with basic tasks to aid in customer problem resolution.
• Refers customers to internal experts for complex financial goals and needs.
