Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 0 years of related experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to use a computer with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at basic/intermediate levels.
• Knowledge of banking policies and consumer products is helpful.
• Sales and referral skills are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and identify service and product needs.
• Leverage sales leads and conduct outbound calls.
• Recommend bank products and cross-sell services.
• Meet weekly sales/referral goals set by Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Enter and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Complete lifecycle of new and existing relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other tasks per policies.
• Support risk management and regulatory compliance.
