Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication in person, on the phone, and electronically.
• Proficient computer use required including typing and monitoring.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and on the phone.
• Answer customer inquiries and fulfill basic servicing requests (cards, info changes, PIN resets, checks).
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on standard products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist teammates and refer complex needs to internal experts as needed.
• Follow bank processes and manage operational risks.
