First Commonwealth Bank seeks a Relationship Banker-PT to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive financial solutions for personal and business clients. You will own issues end-to-end and help customers achieve financial confidence through personalized conversations and proactive problem solving.

You will operate in a roIe that blends sales, service, and relationship building, with a focus on top customers, referrals, and product knowledge to support growth and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of client-centric sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Technologically savvy (Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile tech, bank systems).
• Must register with NMLS and maintain current registration; travel regionally may be required.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance – protect privacy and security of our customers; follow audit guidelines and internal controls.
• Grow Consumer Relationships – nurture Top 500 accounts, leverage campaigns, solicit referrals and use BUILD/BUILD 2.0.
• Deepen Consumer Relationships – onboarding, outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and identifying lending opportunities.
• Personal Development – pursue Pathways, build product knowledge and stay current with digital products and trainings.
