• Education in Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy and/or PT/OT assisting.
• Licensure as PT/OT/SLP or PTA/COTA, or license eligible.
• 3–5 years of clinical rehab experience.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership & Management: supervise clinical therapy staff, hiring, appraisals, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
• Clinical Oversight & Quality Assurance: maintain a clinical caseload and ensure high-quality services compliant with standards.
• Program Development & Growth: develop strategies to expand therapy programs and initiatives.
• Operational Management: oversee scheduling and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Problem Resolution & Staff Support: address issues and provide education and training.
