Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Full-Time Program Manager (Physical Therapist) to lead clinical therapy operations within a senior living setting and drive program excellence. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and spearhead growth initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Licensed PT in Florida with valid state licensure.
3–5 years of clinical rehabilitation experience.
Supervisory or management experience in rehab therapy preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Directly manage and supervise clinical therapy staff, including hiring, performance appraisals, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Monitor personnel compliance, credentials, and develop corrective action plans when necessary.
Maintain a clinical caseload and ensure the delivery of high‑quality therapy services in compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee scheduling of patients and therapists to ensure adequate coverage.
Lead program development and growth initiatives including marketing to local hospitals and the community.
