Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide in Joliet, IL, to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. The role involves helping during physical therapy sessions, greeting patients, and handling administrative tasks in a part-time capacity.

The ideal candidate will have high school graduation or internship experience, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. This position supports the clinic team and patient care in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or internship preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, time management and compassion are essential.

Responsabilités

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists with treatments.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises under supervision.
• Administers routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities like Ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Launders and maintains linens; restocks supplies as needed.
• Maintains restrooms and other areas; restocks paper towels, tissue, soap.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with answering phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• Tracks non-medical and medical clinic supplies and may assist with inventory orders.
