Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and patient experience in our Illinois clinic. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and help with administrative tasks under state guidelines. A high school diploma is required; previous rehab aide exposure is preferred.

This part-time role offers bi-annual increases and a range of employee benefits. You will work closely with physical therapists and assistants, ensure clean, organized spaces, and help with scheduling

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Documentation of projects and production management.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist with treatments.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises under supervision.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, modalities).
• Clean work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restock supplies and maintain restrooms and areas as needed.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• Assist with inventory and supplies as needed.
