Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a busy Illinois clinic. You will help prep patients, assist with treatments, and handle light administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with state practice acts.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, teamwork, and the ability to communicate clearly. Strong organization and willingness to assist with scheduling and inventory are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills; written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists with treatments and routine care.
• Motivates and assists patients practicing exercises under staff supervision.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, Ultrasounds, Electrical stimulation) and maintains equipment.
• Cleans treatment area and maintains linen supplies; restocks as needed.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork and charts.
• Supports inventory management of non-medical and medical supplies for the clinic.
