Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to assist the Patient Experience Coordinator and clinicians in administrative and clinical duties. You will greet patients, assist therapists, and ensure compliance with state practice act requirements.

This part-time role involves preparing patients for therapy, supporting exercise routines, basic modalities, and maintaining cleanliness, supplies, and documentation. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; intern preferred.
• Experience as Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to document projects clearly and manage production.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments, assists therapists during treatments, and provides routine care.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients in exercises under staff supervision.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities like Ultrasounds or electrical stimulation.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment; washes linens and maintains restrooms and supplies.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork.
