Athletico in Chicago is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to assist the Patient Experience Coordinator and clinicians. You will greet patients, prepare them for therapy, and work alongside physical therapists during treatment, ensuring compliance with state practice acts.

This role requires strong communication, compassion, and teamwork. You will help with scheduling, documentation, and maintaining a clean, organized clinic environment while supporting patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or internship preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; attention to detail and time management.
• Able to demonstrate compassion toward patients; energetic and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during treatments.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients performing exercises under supervision.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans treatment area and equipment after sessions.
• Maintains linens and restocks supplies.
• Keeps restrooms and common areas clean and organized.
• Answers phones, schedules appointments, and files paperwork.
• Manages non-medical and medical supplies and may assist with inventory.
