Virtua Health is seeking a part-time Registrar for Mt. Holly (2nd Shift) at 175 Madison Avenue. The role involves gathering patient information, verifying benefits, collecting payments, and registering patients accurately in the hospital system.

Responsibilities include obtaining insurance data, signatures, and coordinating with billing. A high school diploma and Epic system familiarity are preferred; prior medical office experience is a plus. The schedule includes evenings with a fixed rotation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service in a professional setting.
• Medical office or admittance experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate a positive demeanor, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have basic typing, computer and/or word processing skills.

Responsabilités

• Gathers and enters patient demographic information into the hospital information system.
• Verifies benefits, obtains required authorization.
• Obtains co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance and deposit amounts.
