Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing.
• BSN in progress or willing to pursue within 3 years of hire.
• Six months of RN experience OR active participation in Nurse Residency Program.
• Strong ability to learn, adapt to changing patient needs, and collaborate with the care team.
