Job summary

Natchitoches Regional Medical Center in Natchitoches, LA is hiring a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join Cura Hospitality. The role offers 16-20 hours per week, with 1-1.5 days on-site and 1 day remote, covering NRMC and Courtyard of Natchitoches Nursing Home.

As part of Cura Hospitality, you will assess nutritional needs, plan interventions, and support quality of life for residents, collaborating with the health care team and ensuring regulatory standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (Prior to 2024) or related field.
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Licensed or certified, per state requirements.
• Passed a national examination by the CDR or meets eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team.
• Educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants on nutrition.
• Ensure compliance with standards of practice and regulatory requirements.
• Support quality improvement programs in dining service and nutrition.
