Job summary

Cura Hospitality in Parsons, KS is seeking an experienced Part-Time Casual Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team. You will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and support residents' quality of life while aligning with goals.

This role is scheduled for 9 hours per week, with flexibility on days. You will work onsite at Parsons Presbyterian Manor, collaborate with the health care team, and follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (prior to 2024) or related field.
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field and CDR eligibility.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements with CE requirements.
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow standards of practice and regulatory requirements for nutrition.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures for dining and nutrition.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement programs.
