DaMar Staffing is seeking a Part Time Medical Scheduling Supervisor to lead our scheduling team, blending hands-on scheduling with staff coaching, training, and audits. The role requires 60% onsite time and regional travel to Houston and Central Texas.

You will supervise schedulers, monitor KPIs, and ensure accurate patient information and timely appointment scheduling within our EMR system. Travel and onsite presence are essential to support clinics and drive performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of patient scheduling experience.
• Experience with an EMR/EHR system is required.
• Previous supervisory or team-coordination experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel regionally and work onsite ≥60% of time.
• Healthcare, medical office, or patient services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and coach scheduling staff to meet daily goals.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality standards for scheduling.
