Job summary

Easterseals Western & Central Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. The role handles posting ads, screening candidates, background checks, and guiding new hires through Paycom during onboarding.

The position includes a 30-day training period with hours onsite in Greentree and eventual partial remote work. The role requires HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to equal opportunity

Qualifications

• 2 years in recruitment or similar HR role preferred.
• Experience with Paycom HRIS system/databases.
• Professional communication via email, phone and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities

• Process employment requests from hiring managers and post ads.
• Perform background checks, education verifications and reference checks.
• Coordinate onboarding steps in Paycom and onboarding materials.
• Process new hires through Paycom Set Up forms and onboarding parts 1 and 2.
• Weekly check-ins with hiring managers and updates on postings.
• Create new positions in Paycom as needed.
