Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for the Poconos and Scotrun, PA locations to manage full-cycle recruitment of support staff. This role focuses on attracting qualified candidates and supporting local program operations, with no remote work.

The position requires at least 1 year in recruiting or HR, strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Starting pay is $65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year minimum recruiting or HR experience.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates via multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, referrals).
• Knowledge of local regulatory agency operations and hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for the assigned region (Poconos, Scotrun).
• Maintain applicant data in HRIS and track interview flow.
• Develop relationships with candidates and referrals.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews; extend offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire training; ensure regulatory compliance; assist program operations.
