Job summary

Oakland County is seeking a part-time Recreation Program Lead to support community programs and events at county facilities. Qualifications

• Must have at least three months (480 hours) of related experience.
• Experience supervising, instructing, coordinating, coaching, or leading programs or groups.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and volunteers at programs and events.
• Handle cash and POS transactions as needed.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate recreational activities and programs.
• Interact with park visitors of all ages and enforce safety rules.
• Maintain program records and use countywide software for assignments.
• Communicate with staff, volunteers, and participants professionally.
