Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all residents, guests, and team members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure visitors sign in; validate nature of visit and notify resident and team member of the visitor.
• Answer phones and transfer messages to the appropriate party.
• Perform minor financial transactions (stamps, community food certificates, fax, photocopying).
• Notify residents, guests, and team members of severe weather via paging system or phone.
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries to the appropriate person/department.
• Perform administrative tasks for supervisor, residents and guests as requested.
• Maintain/update informational channels for residents.
• Set up and close receptionist/front entry area.
