Cavender Subaru of Midland Odessa is seeking a part-time Receptionist in Midland, TX. You will answer calls, greet visitors, and deliver friendly, professional service to customers while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills including Inventory Control software, Internet and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Schedule flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally within three rings and transfer to the appropriate destination.
• Take messages when the desired person is unavailable or on request.
• Greet walk-in customers promptly and provide timely, friendly service.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening, asking questions, and resolving concerns.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log for accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
