Cavender Subaru of Midland Odessa is hiring Sales Professionals for an on-site Hiring Event at 6701 SH 191, Midland, TX. You’ll help customers find the right vehicle and provide an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a track record of providing positive customer experiences.
• Valid driver’s license; able to pass MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, personalization, financing, and paperwork.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Use our CRM system to track customer interactions and follow up effectively.
• Present deal structures and additional finance products.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and high customer satisfaction.
• Complete ongoing training to stay current on new vehicle products, features, and accessories.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
• Engage in business development by contacting prospects and clients by phone and email.
