Nolan Transportation Group LLC is seeking a part-time Receptionist to manage front-desk duties in our Charlotte, NC office. You will greet visitors, route inquiries, and support daily operations with mail handling, supplies, and basic clerical tasks.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of office experience, strong MS Office skills, and a polished, professional demeanor suitable for a professional services environment. This is an in-office, part-time role with standard business hours.
The Receptionist is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Their duties include being the point of contact for office needs, sorting and delivering mail to employees, and greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with management or sales staff.
Standard office environment, usually indoors away from the elements with moderate noise. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Maintain a stationary position for extended periods; move about the office, operate computers and files, as needed; and frequently communicate with others. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally, the employee is required to lift boxes up to 20 pounds.
This is a part-time position; hours will fall within Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. If full time, it is a benefits-eligible position, working Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This is an in-office role.
