Job summary

Russ Darrow Neenah Direct is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Cashier to be the welcoming first point of contact for our dealership, handling in-person and phone inquiries with professional courtesy.

This role includes basic accounting tasks, cash handling, and clerical support, with training provided. Starting wage is $17 per hour for a 2-week rotating schedule at 15–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service or front desk roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel a plus.
• Ability to operate a switchboard and handle cash transactions.
• Willingness to learn dealership procedures and basic accounting tasks.
• Flexible schedule for weeknights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone with a courteous, professional manner.
• Answer calls, route to appropriate department.
• Receive payments by cash, check, or credit card and issue receipts.
• Assist accounts receivable/payable tasks and general clerical duties.
• Support shop and office staff with daily operations.
