McGrath Volkswagen of Dubuque is seeking a friendly Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face for customers entering the dealership and callers on the phone.

You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet guests, direct them to the right department, and assist with light administrative duties while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

What You’ll Do

Schedule & Availability

• Approximately 20–30 hours per week
• Mondays and Thursdays between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Additional weekday hours may be available based on business needs and coverage requirements
