Part-Time Receptionist – Be the Face of McGrath in Cedar Rapids!

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Part-Time | 15–20 Hours/Week | Morning & Evening Shifts Available

What You’ll Do

Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcome

Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member

Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system

Handle filing, light admin tasks, and assist where needed

What We’re Looking For

️ A positive, energetic attitude and customer-first mindset

️ Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

️ Strong organization and time management abilities

️ Self-motivated and reliable with a proactive approach

️ Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus

Schedule & Availability

15–20 hours per week

Morning shifts start at 7:00 AM

Evening shifts start at 2:00 PM

Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month
