Spring Arbor Senior Living - Cary is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors in our community. Located at 1705 Kildaire Farm Road, Cary, NC, this on-site role offers $15–$17/hr with same-day pay and competitive benefits.

You will greet guests, answer phones, manage mail and packages, and help maintain confidential information.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1+ year of receptionist experience in a professional business environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Comfort with office equipment — copy machines, calculators, multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening.
• Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact via phone and in-person for prospects, residents, families, associates, and vendors.
• Greet all guests, visitors, residents, and vendors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer the telephone, take messages, and direct visitors and vendors to the right person.
• Retrieve, prepare, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages daily.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident, associate, and community information.
• Receive and log resident maintenance requests through the Company Work Order system.

Are you a warm, organized professional who loves being the friendly face people see first? Spring Arbor of Cary is looking for a Receptionist to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors in our community.

What You'll Do
