Job summary

Lebanon School District is seeking an Intervention Support Specialist to help students succeed in reading and math. You will partner with teachers to implement targeted strategies, work with individuals or small groups, and utilize intervention software to boost growth.

You’ll track progress, maintain confidentiality of data, and collaborate with coaches and principals to meet student needs in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• PA PDE teaching certification is preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teachers to develop strategies for literacy and math.
• Provide targeted support to individuals or small groups.
• Use instructional strategies and learning technologies to boost growth.
• Track student progress and keep data confidential.
