Job summary

Butterfly Effects is hiring part-time RBTs to support children with autism through ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help children improve communication, social interaction, and daily living skills, while collaborating with families and the treatment team.

The role offers flexible, part-time hours in the afternoon/evening and opportunities for growth toward BCBA credentials, with educational and financial support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification if already obtained is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are essential when working with children and families.
• Reliable transportation is required to commute to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observe and report client progress and behaviors daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors with approved strategies.
• Assist clients in acquiring academic and life skills as needed.
• Communicate professionally with parents, analysts, and trainers.
• Document all sessions and data in the online system.
