Butterfly Effects in Tucson, AZ is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to support children with autism, implementing ABA-based plans under a BCBA. This part-time, after-school role offers 9–15 hours per week and an hourly wage of $20–$25.

You will observe progress, document data, manage behaviors, and collaborate with families and the treatment team. A high school diploma is required and transportation is needed; training opportunities and potential career growth toward BCBA are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to pursue ABA-related training.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observe and record client progress and behaviors daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors and support skill development.
• Maintain accurate data in the online system.
• Communicate professionally with families and team.
• Participate in ongoing training programs.
