Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction.
• Observes, records, and reports client progress and behavior.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles in all interactions.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents and analysts.
• Works as an active member of the treatment team.
• Completes daily paperwork and data in the on-line system.
• Participates in ongoing training programs to increase skills.
• Maintains client confidentiality and follows BE policies.
