Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as a core team member.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
