Heartland ABA is looking for caring individuals to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes and community settings. No experience?

we provide paid training to help eligible candidates earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before starting services. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a passion for helping children with autism.
• Willingness to learn and a desire to make a difference in ABA services.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill building programs and care plans
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices
• Foster a positive engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families
