Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in ABA sessions under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help clients build communication and social skills through play-based activities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and availability in afternoons/evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and car insurance preferred.
• Consistent afternoon and evening availability.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course required prior to job offer.
• Active RBT certification preferred (must obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors.
