Growing Minds Behavioral Health in Washington, DC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, support communication and daily living skills through play-based activities, and maintain confidentiality with families.

Requirements include high school diploma, reliable transportation, afternoon/evening availability, 40-hour RBT training completed before offer, and preferred RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course prior to job offer.
• Active RBT certification preferred (must obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors.
