Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA services under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on data-driven progress, play-based activities, and building essential skills for children in home, school, and community settings.

Required is a high school diploma or GED, with completion of the 40-hour RBT training before offer. An active RBT certification is preferred, to be obtained within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Consistent afternoon and evening availability.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course required prior to job offer.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based, engaging activities.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors.
