Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, consistent afternoon/evening availability, and completion of the 40-hour RBT training course. Active RBT certification is preferred and should be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities
