Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and 40-hour RBT training completion; active certification is preferred and must be obtained within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
• Consistent afternoon and evening availability.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course required prior to job offer.
• Active RBT certification preferred (must obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors.
