Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Peabody, MA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BT to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support: Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues; Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision; Track progress & maintain quality; Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate & communicate: Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Support Operations: Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
