Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey in Edison, NJ is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide ABA therapy across homes, schools, and clinics. Eligible candidates will receive paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement, with starting hourly rates of $24.60 for RBTs and $22.25 for BTs.

Final compensation is determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
