Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey, located in Sewell, NJ, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) for part-time roles. Starting pay: BT $19.35/hr; RBT $21.40/hr. Final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
6+ months of relevant experience.
Available afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
Able to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
NJ candidates must be at least 21 with 1 year of experience with children or in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
Track progress and maintain quality; collect and document session data.
Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
Assist with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
