Job summary

Total Care ABA in Brighton, TN is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home and in-school settings across Tennessee. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect client data, and support development of communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.

Candidates must have an active RBT certification and BACB registration, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.

• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as required.
• Provide in-person services throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing learning.
