Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT). Starting pay is $24.60 per hour for RBT and $22.25 per hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months relevant experience.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality; collect and document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.

Education

High school diploma or GED

6+ months of relevant experience
