Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy in multiple settings across Douglasville, GA. Compensation starts at $24.60/hour for RBT and $22.25/hour for BT, with final pay determined by experience and education.

Paid training and growth opportunities are available through our ABA Academy of Excellence. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 6+ months of relevant experience, with availability

Qualifications

• RBT/BT roles require completion of required training and effective data tracking.
• Ability to work with BCBA supervision and implement treatment plans.
• Experience in supporting children with autism or related settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in various settings (homes, schools, clinics) and tailor sessions to client needs.
• Document session data accurately and maintain progress notes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to optimize care.
