Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT). Starting hourly rates include $24.60 for RBT and $22.25 for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Grow with mentorship and an ABA Academy of Excellence to prepare for the RBT exam. As an RBT/BT, you’ll deliver ABA therapy, support families, and record session data under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience preferred.
• Available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality by documenting session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members and families; participate in team trainings.
