Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) in Douglasville, GA. Starting pay ranges from $22.25 per hour for BT to $24.60 per hour for RBT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement through the ABA Academy of Excellence to help you prepare for the RBT exam and progress with our Level Up program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
