Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is hiring for a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) in Conyers, GA. The role offers hourly starting rates of $24.60 for RBT and $22.25 for BT, with final compensation tied to experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Active RBT certification preferred or ability to pursue certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and trainings.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
